Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days 

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (5-8 days EU; 8-20 days other countries)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

Domestic & EU Shipping

We currently ship within Germany and selected countries in the EU (Greece, Italy, France, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finnland, Sweden, Irland, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary,, Luxemburg, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia).

Shipping prices in EU: Orders up to 70,00 Euro: 7,00 Euro; orders above70,00 Euro: free shipping.

Shipping in Germany: Orders up to 50,00 Euro: 4,90 Euro; Orders above 50, 00 Euro: free shipping.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We ship to: UAE, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore.

Shipping prices: Orders up to 149,99 Euro: 15,00 Euro; Orders above 149,99  Euro: free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
